This will be a 16 player cap event, 3 rounds at 2,000 points using GHB 26-27. Armies do not need to be painted but there will be an award for "coolest" painted  army voted by other Mystic Games members of staff. So this means you don't need the "best" painted just an army that is fun to look at.
