Pokémon GO "Auto-Rekt" (Auto Recommended) format

Come along for some free, fast, and fun Pokémon GO shenanigans where you let the game pick your team!

In Auto-Recommended battles, players must use the randomly generated team structure presented to them, and make no changes to their team. The game decided you're running 3 water types? Best hope your opponent has has 3 fire types selected!


  • These battles will be completed as round robin/swiss, depending on player numbers, and will have no entry fee.
  • In order for teams to be randomly generated, players must remove any saved Great League teams on their device - a judge will be available to support
  • Games will be ran in the GO Great League, with a max CP of 1500

  • Players must either:

    • Be of the GDPR age of digital consent in their home region (13 years of age for UL residents)
    • Utilize a Niantic Kids account that is properly associated with a parent or guardian
  • Players require a Pokémon GO account of level 10 or higher to participate
