Returns & Exchanges:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your product for store creditan equivalent exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt.

If 14 days or 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note the following stipulations and exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Full Refund (if applicable) – A full refund for the product at the value sold.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

  • If a new item is faulty or is not as described a refund will be given.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Unwanted items that have signs of use or opening can not be returned.
  • A receipt of purchases is needed to complete any refunds.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit (if applicable)- This will be given in the form of a Gift Card that you can use in store or online.

  • Cash refunds will be given as store credit.
  • In cases where an item was damaged in transit (online purchases only) a store credit refund will be given. The item must be returned prior to the store credit being awarded.

Equivalent Exchange (if applicable) – A return may result in exchange, the products must be of equivalent value with any variation in cost being added to a gift card (where the new product value less than the original product) or paid by the customer (where the new product value is more thanthe original product) at the time of the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Exemptions:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Card singles: By purchasing a card either in store of through Cardmarket you accept our assessment of the quality of the card based on the 7 grade MKM grading system (ranging from Mint to Poor). Single cards can not be returned and will not be refunded.

  • list of items you wish to return

  • Images of the item (where damage has occurred)

The customer will need to pay the postage cost for the return.

We will aim to review your return/ exchange request within 5 working days.

To initiate an in store return or exchange:

  • Please speak to a member of staff.
  • We will need a copy of your receipt plus the item you wish to return.
  • Our staff will also ask for your reason for returning the item.
  • In store returns or exchanges will be refunded as store credit, unless and equivalent exchange is agreed to.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mystic Games Unit 11 Woolgate Shopping Centre, Market Square, OX28 6AP, Witney, United Kingdom

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Pre-Order Event Tickets:

  • The standard weekly events tickets can be refunded up to 24 hours before the event.
  • One-off/ special events can be refunded up to a week before the event. A waiting list will be available when an event is sold out. This will allow Mystic Games to fill spaces where necessary.

Videogame Addition June 2024:

1. Product Warranty

1.1 Mystic Games offers a 12-month warranty on all items with certain exceptions as detailed in clause 1.1.1, and for a lesser time period for certain products as detailed in clause 1.1.2.

1.1.1 Exceptions to the Warranty – This warranty does not cover the following-

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Any damage caused by rooting/ jailbreaking a device.
  • Removable covers such as battery covers, port/interface covers and lens caps.
  • Any items with single use codes e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes

1.1.2 Removable consumable parts – Removable consumable parts – Consumable parts that degenerate over time but are not fixed e.g. batteries, bulbs, tyre/tyres, brake/brakes, inner tube/tubes, wheel bearings, handlebar grips, screen protectors/laminates, pegs and bolts will be covered for 30 days from purchase.

1.1.3 Non removable consumable parts – sealed batteries will be covered for the full duration of the warranty.

1.2 Mystic Games bears no responsibility for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is removed from the device before booking in for warranty or returning the device.

1.3 If the product sold by Mystic Games is found to be faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days of sale Mystic Games will refund to the original value and via the same payment method.

1.4 If the product develops a fault after 30 days and within 6 months of sale, Mystic Games, the defective product will be fully tested to verify the fault. Mystic Games will repair or replace the product if the product is found defective otherwise it will be handed back to you or dispatched back to you in case of online orders. If you have already had a repair/replacement that has become faulty again, the refund processed would be to the original value as per the Terms of Use. If a refund is done within 6 months of the original purchase it will be to the original amount paid.

1.5 If the product develops a fault after 6 months and before 12 months from the date of sale, Mystic Games will replace/repair the product. If you have already had a repair/replacement that has become faulty again, the refund processed would be to the current value/original value (whichever is the lower) as per the Terms of Use.

1.6 All products sent to Mystic Games for refund or return under warranty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to Mystic Games receiving such products the risk of loss and title for such products remains with the Customer.

1.7 This warranty does not cover physical damage, damage or failures or injury which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, improper modification, firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than Mystic Games or an agent approved by Mystic Games.

1.8 This warranty does not cover the user from any damage and/or injury which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, improper maintenance, alteration, modification of the e-scooters sold by Mystic Games, caused to and/or by the user.

2. Returns policy

2.1 Mystic Games will only accept Products returned that are:

(a) Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for the Products.

(b) Returned Products to Mystic Games should contain all items included in the original Product.

2.2 All returned Products need to be tested and the fault verified before any refund, repair or replacement can be issued.

3. Description of Products

All Products are second hand unless specifically stated and all Product descriptions and images are for display purposes only and do not represent the finished Product.

3.1 Box contents may vary; additional downloadable content listed on the box may not be included. Mystic Games cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our policies.

3.2 Images – images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product design may vary from image.

3.3 Condition of products – the price will vary depending on the cosmetic condition of the Products and its accessories. We break this down into grades:

  • Grade A – Mint condition.
  • Grade B – Good condition.
  • Grade C – Working condition.

3.4 Games and consoles are graded as one of the following –

  • Boxed
  • Unboxed
  • Discounted

3.5 Mystic Games reserves the right to amend prices anytime without prior notice.

4. Buying from Mystic Games

4.1 You hereby acknowledge your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant compatible accessories, suitable power step-downs, equipment, software, display devices and relevant machinery or otherwise needed to safely connect the products to power supplies, mains power, batteries, and other devices.

4.2 For the purposes of maintaining appropriate demand and supply and ensure ‘natural’ price fluctuations and stock availability for the benefit of all our customers, Mystic Games reserves the right to limit the number of units of any particular item, sold to any individual customer, at any time.

5. Selling to Mystic Games

5.1 Mystic Games reserves the right to refuse to purchase any Product at their sole discretion.

5.2 Mystic Games reserves the right to limit the number of purchases at their sole discretion. In case of selling multiple same/similar Product, a bulk-selling discount would be applicable. The final price will be communicated to you before confirming the order. The contract will only be formed once you confirm the bulk discount price. In case you don’t accept the bulk discount price your products will be returned. There will be no formation of contract, without you accepting the bulk price.

5.3 Once you sell your Products to Mystic Games, the ownership will be transferred to Mystic Games. You also warrant that you are the rightful and legitimate owner of the product or have been authorised to sell the product and that the product is free from any encumbrances or third-party claims. In case the Products are later found out to be stolen, or encumbered and/or fake, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedy (both civil and criminal) against you.

5.4 Obligation to wipe data: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that any device sold to Mystic Games is clear of any personal information. The Customer would use all reasonable measures to wipe/erase the data on the device or any additional storage device included in that device.

6. Registration/Membership

6.1 You warrant that:

6.1.1 The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.

6.1.2 You will update your account to reflect any changes to your personal information.

6.1.3 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

6.2 If you wish to sell or exchange products you must become a Mystic member and in doing so, agree to be bound by the additional terms and conditions of membership.

6.3 You may only have one Mystic Games Online account and one Mystic Games Store account registered with Mystic Games. If you hold more than one Online or Store account with Mystic Games the most recently created account will be considered valid and all pre-existing accounts will be suspended.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Copyright All content included on the Mystic Games website or displayed in store, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mystic Games or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

7.2 Trademarks Mystic Games and other marks indicated on Mystic Games website site and/or store are registered trademarks of Mystic Games, or its subsidiaries, in the UK and other countries. Mystic Games and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Mystic Games or its subsidiaries.
